Quick Hire: How does a job seeker enjoy a quick job search/hire process?

Good question! Especially considering the fact that the process of getting a job is tedious, time-consuming, and often times frustrating due to inadequacies of existing systems/processes.

Here are a few of the bennies for job-seekers (Employees/students) participating on VeriServe network:

-Unlike other job boards that restrict applying to only employers listed on their job-boards, allow job seekers to apply to any employer in the world, manage updates/changes from one place, post links on other sites, and wrap-up all references, etc.
-Create “Worry-Free Blueprints” delivering qualified authenticated profiles to hiring managers for quick effortless hire.
-Complete control of “who, what, when, how, what purpose, and for how long” any potential employer have access to their online profiles.
-All necessary info (such as Verified Employment records, Verified Degrees, Verified References, Confidential Evaluations, Confidential Quiz/Skills Results, Employee Authorization Release, Additional employee inputs, etc.,) turn applicants into new hires efficiently!

One Source: Updates/controls from one place

eMoomba VeriServe network allows you to create, maintain and update all your info from one place. Log on to your account, create all the info under different categories (such as employment records, degrees, references, input, cover letter, etc). Now you can use this profile everywhere.

So how do you do that, you ask? Once you have created everything you want, use the Referral Apply method (using Kareermail feature) to create profile link for yourself. To do this, just go to Kareermail, and send your profile to one of your free email accounts (such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc) along with the cover letter. Hint: Make sure you choose the time duration (Temporary Time stamp) for longer period, such as 3 or 6 months), and send the profile. Then once you log into your free email accounts (that you sent the profile to), simply copy and paste the profile link to any other sites.
Hope this helps. Happy hunting!

22nd Century – How many brains does your remote reach?

========================================================

Technology. Innovation. Digital media. Surging forward … in addition to a myriad of questions of how, why, where, etc., that would explore the impact of ever changing scenes round the corner, there is one more aspect that needs to be examined: where does all these lead us to? Can we, as humans, want to give up control of our faculties, or immerse ourselves into the depths of possibilities, yielding perhaps to a “bettered Us”?

A recent episode on the PBS channel gives much food for thought, and wonder about everything that revolves around our lives … as it was before, the way it stands now, and spatially bound hereafter … well, if we can presume that we would have one, life that is, after all the advances that are set to besiege us in the near future. It was a great episode actually, entitled: 22nd Century – The World Wide Mind. The world wide mind (WWM, pronounced whim) was explored to depict the distinct possibility of hooking up everyone’s minds in a web of connectivity & synchronicity. The power to tap into resources of connected minds to address, evaluate and resolve anything that your mind ponders on at any given time: a question pops into your mind, and poof, already answered, packaged, delivered to your mind, and instantaneously mastered. What a concept! And as you know concepts inevitably become reality, in light of advancements we have seen so far, whether borrowed from fiction, or otherwise engineered.

Can you imagine the significance, or the impact such Cerebral Connectivity would have on our society? Who would be responsible for the WWM, and how would such connectivity be managed amidst the constant struggle for power? Countries will be racing towards mind control schemes that would rival the nuclear arms race, and within each country there could be chaos, or there could be united thinking borne not by individuality but rather collective brain-washing. Zap! Poof! And your mind is free to move about within the confines of the reprogrammed zone. Would the WWM be in the hands of select few, or collectively owned by the masses? Would the force of mind control replace bombs, and perhaps lead to newer generation of genocide, holocausts, etc? Even the most innocent innovations have been exploited at the hands of kings, presidents, government and what not, mostly in the name of boundaries, segregation, and PEACE.

On the political front, would there even be Obama factor? Or would Clinton, Obama and all the primary candidates have the same brain wavelengths, be on the same page, and maybe think up of the same strategies to tackle all the issues of national interest? Where will this leave the GOP, and other political factions? Or, perhaps there will be an end to bipartisan, as the democrats and republicans share the mind of a collective brain: the brain of the nation!
Would it matter that all teams have the ability to get into Super Bowl, and more importantly would two deserving coaches, Tony Dungy of Indianapolis Colts and Lovie Smith of Chicago Bears, both of African American heritage finally have equal opportunity to get into NFL history long before people look at the diversity stats of football seasons? Would there be even such a thing as race, or would WWM be so programmed to segregate people … er minds actually, based on regional needs?
Would all people be interested in similar experiences and/or preferences (such as shopping, education, social outings, etc)? Of course, immersive experiences such as travel, IMAX etc could be a thing of the past – poof! You already have experienced the ways from far corners of Asia through the deepest routes of Zimbabwe without ever setting foot outside your home/mind.

When the mind can be controlled through web connectivity, everyone would seemingly have the same brain power to achieve anything and everything; and this might perhaps lead to supercharging the comfort needs, collective experiences, etc, which could only rob people of individualism. And yes, more automation, robots, and artificial intelligence all lead to degenerative “real” minds.

On a more local level, this might mean the loss of our jobs, as machines could be programmed to deliver every need. And the usefulness of human race: perhaps very questionable. Every experience that we are capable of could theoretically be reduced to information, that somehow feeds and negates the desires that would have been evoked otherwise. And our zombie-selves will be, for once, no better or worse from our neighbors across the road, town, or country. Equals, finally, but not the way all the Great Leaders/People of our times (George Washington, Dr. Martin Luther King, Mother Tersea, Mahatma, Dalai Lama, Oskar Schindler, Nelson Mandela, to name a few) fought hard to achieve.

Of course, it’s not all doom say, mind you. The ability to tap into the brain cells of WWM network would lead to huge sale on La-Z-Boys. And the wars are not fought physically in Iraq, Korea or any continent locales, but more so from the comfort of your home. The might of your mind … How many brains can your remote reach? And when you think of master remote … yes, you got it, poof! The new reality shows could possibly revolve around the ways to outwit, create diversions, and confiscate brain cells to reach the master remote!

Pretty interesting indeed! What do you folks think? Ah yes, indeed … answers/opinions already known if only one had access to WWM.

In the words of Art Buchwald: whether it’s the best of times or the worst of times, it’s the only time we got.

MLK had a dream! We have a dream; and sure hope you have a dream, too- …

Today is one of those days that comes around once a year. A Reminder! That should keep us striving to better ourselves, and the environment, locally or globally. The significance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day [http://www.thekingcenter.org/holiday/info.html] is to celebrate equality, diversity, and volunteerism. This great man had vision, perseverance and dedication to change the civil rights landscape to the extent that all minorities, and not just African Americans, dream of better lives, workplace included.

Volunteerism is the key behind King Holiday [http://www.mlkday.gov/about/overview/index.asp] and is helping break down barriers that impose upon the frailties of needy communities; education, awareness and moral responsibilities have made volunteerism part of our social lives. And by giving, more and more people are also enriching themselves through experiences of community services.

As people participate in the global economy, multi-ethnic participation is leading to diversity in companies, and the definition of minorities is changing; people are coming together to contribute to the success of companies as shared vision propagates within employment communities.

As businesses embrace diversity, and are better informed, they are able to provide equal opportunities for everyone, thereby leading to better workplaces. And the employed are able to derive the benefits of what leaders such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. have worked their entire life to create: a better world.

For the unemployed, however, there is still more to be done! There seems to be slight inequality when it comes to the unemployed with industry experience and degrees. How does this happen? Why is no one interested in providing an opportunity for these dreamers? And how can we improve the process flow to help them? That is a subject that we would like to discuss in the near future …

Until then, let everyone dream their paths; have a vision. And freedom to dream. Here at eMoomba we are creating an environment that makes everyone achieve their dreams and fulfill their vision.

Opportunity Gap? You at a new level ...

--------------------------------------------
It all started long, long, long time ago .....

Ideas were born,
Then came another bright idea -
the Idea to share ideas

Resources pooled together, some interesting things rolled out the door - some named products, others being labeled services ... Oh yes, Productivity was the name,
And ways of increasing It was management's game.

In it's wake, started first with piece-mail and classic architectures ... including mind-blowing pillars of strength from bygone tool-less (??) era! Time did pass, and suddenly (or, was it?) then came bunch of computers ... After a while, the Internet was born.

Next levels came fast into play ... Innovations, Excitement, and tremendous opportunity
In unision everyone knew (or atleast agreed to know) the Internet was here to stay
Aside from Global Warming, Global Everything & Global Unity (We Thank You Peace Corps).

Throughout these stages, one thing remained, And, continue to remain the same
- Sweat through Blood, Brain Cells, Persistence, Hard Work, and, Tissues torn.

It all began Millions (er, thousands) of years ago ... Covering the spectrum of BC & AD
The Force was reckoned, no doubt ... with different consent and attitudes ... Humans - Clans, Followers, Supporters, Slaves, Labor Class, Citizens, Countrymen, Fellow CountryPerson, Workers, Blue & White Collars, Colleagues, Co-workers, Employees, Contractors, Consultants - and Yet, Still HUMANS!

It's time ... Yes, indeed, it's time to be recognized for ALL the Efforts of Everyone by Everyone for the Benefit of Everyone!!

eMoomba - Digitally Authenticating the Contributions & Efforts of Our World

Please come check us out to see how we can take You to a new level, and help you not only with promising careers, but also provide the tools and infrastructure to sustain great career track throughout your lives.

Book-marking your entity homepages

Thanks to feedback from user forums and reviews, (especially to Chris, Karine, and Andrew) we have also included “skip intro” on the intro-homepage to bypass the introduction for successive visits. The login sessions are delivered through industry standard encryption protocols, and users need to follow the secure login process; however, users were first visiting www.emoomba.com , waiting for the intro before being able to click the login portion. Skip intro will now take the visitor to the main-homepage.

Another suggestion which works well (identified by several users) is to visit the employee homepage at (follow the employee links on the intro-homepage on the website), and then use your browser to book-mark this link [believe “ctrl-b” does this in most browsers]. This way you can get to your entity homepages (employers and colleges can get to their respective homepages similarly).

Hope this helps you be more productive. Thanks for your involvement.
