MLK had a dream! We have a dream; and sure hope you have a dream, too- …

Today is one of those days that comes around once a year. A Reminder! That should keep us striving to better ourselves, and the environment, locally or globally. The significance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day [http://www.thekingcenter.org/holiday/info.html] is to celebrate equality, diversity, and volunteerism. This great man had vision, perseverance and dedication to change the civil rights landscape to the extent that all minorities, and not just African Americans, dream of better lives, workplace included.

Volunteerism is the key behind King Holiday [http://www.mlkday.gov/about/overview/index.asp] and is helping break down barriers that impose upon the frailties of needy communities; education, awareness and moral responsibilities have made volunteerism part of our social lives. And by giving, more and more people are also enriching themselves through experiences of community services.

As people participate in the global economy, multi-ethnic participation is leading to diversity in companies, and the definition of minorities is changing; people are coming together to contribute to the success of companies as shared vision propagates within employment communities.

As businesses embrace diversity, and are better informed, they are able to provide equal opportunities for everyone, thereby leading to better workplaces. And the employed are able to derive the benefits of what leaders such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. have worked their entire life to create: a better world.

For the unemployed, however, there is still more to be done! There seems to be slight inequality when it comes to the unemployed with industry experience and degrees. How does this happen? Why is no one interested in providing an opportunity for these dreamers? And how can we improve the process flow to help them? That is a subject that we would like to discuss in the near future …

Until then, let everyone dream their paths; have a vision. And freedom to dream. Here at eMoomba we are creating an environment that makes everyone achieve their dreams and fulfill their vision.

Opportunity Gap? You at a new level ...

--------------------------------------------
It all started long, long, long time ago .....

Ideas were born,
Then came another bright idea -
the Idea to share ideas

Resources pooled together, some interesting things rolled out the door - some named products, others being labeled services ... Oh yes, Productivity was the name,
And ways of increasing It was management's game.

In it's wake, started first with piece-mail and classic architectures ... including mind-blowing pillars of strength from bygone tool-less (??) era! Time did pass, and suddenly (or, was it?) then came bunch of computers ... After a while, the Internet was born.

Next levels came fast into play ... Innovations, Excitement, and tremendous opportunity
In unision everyone knew (or atleast agreed to know) the Internet was here to stay
Aside from Global Warming, Global Everything & Global Unity (We Thank You Peace Corps).

Throughout these stages, one thing remained, And, continue to remain the same
- Sweat through Blood, Brain Cells, Persistence, Hard Work, and, Tissues torn.

It all began Millions (er, thousands) of years ago ... Covering the spectrum of BC & AD
The Force was reckoned, no doubt ... with different consent and attitudes ... Humans - Clans, Followers, Supporters, Slaves, Labor Class, Citizens, Countrymen, Fellow CountryPerson, Workers, Blue & White Collars, Colleagues, Co-workers, Employees, Contractors, Consultants - and Yet, Still HUMANS!

It's time ... Yes, indeed, it's time to be recognized for ALL the Efforts of Everyone by Everyone for the Benefit of Everyone!!

eMoomba - Digitally Authenticating the Contributions & Efforts of Our World

Please come check us out to see how we can take You to a new level, and help you not only with promising careers, but also provide the tools and infrastructure to sustain great career track throughout your lives.

Book-marking your entity homepages

Thanks to feedback from user forums and reviews, (especially to Chris, Karine, and Andrew) we have also included “skip intro” on the intro-homepage to bypass the introduction for successive visits. The login sessions are delivered through industry standard encryption protocols, and users need to follow the secure login process; however, users were first visiting www.emoomba.com , waiting for the intro before being able to click the login portion. Skip intro will now take the visitor to the main-homepage.

Another suggestion which works well (identified by several users) is to visit the employee homepage at (follow the employee links on the intro-homepage on the website), and then use your browser to book-mark this link [believe “ctrl-b” does this in most browsers]. This way you can get to your entity homepages (employers and colleges can get to their respective homepages similarly).

Hope this helps you be more productive. Thanks for your involvement.
